Our story
Our background lies in consulting within the automotive industry - an environment characterized by high pace, large-scale projects, and many valuable lessons. It was also there that we began to realize that consulting could be done smarter: more flexible, more efficient, and more meaningful - both for the customer and the engineer.

Based on this, we have developed a working model that ensures clear input management, structured workflows, effective communication, and fast feedback loops. This is our HYBRID-model - where remote work is combined with regular client visits to create a sense closeness, flexibility, understanding, and quality at every step.

About us
EmiCAD is a team of passionate engineers with a solid practical and theoretical background in mechanical engineering. Our expertise lies in CAD, FEM och automation.
We are in a perfect phase - still young and hungry for new challenges, yet with over ten years of experience from a wide range of projects. Even if only one of us is working on a project, there is always a whole team behind them - ready to contribute our collective experience, expertise, and ideas. Through our approach of close communication and knowledge sharing, you get the strength of several engineers, even when the work is done remotely.
How we work
Hybrid work: At EmiCAD, we work in a hybrid model, always close to our customers. To ensure smooth collaboration and high quality, we have developed our own tools and procedures that make it easy to communicate, share materials, and follow project progress - no matter where we are located.
Working model: Our capacity is flexible and adapted to your specific needs. Most often, we act as long-term support with one or more engineers involved over extended periods. For smaller projects, we step in when needed and provide reinforcement where necessary. Regardless of the project's length, you only pay for value-added hours - without unnecessary overhead costs.
Customer visits: We supplement hybrid working with regular customer visits. This allows us the to deepen our understanding, build strong relationships, and ensure that we really capture all the details of the project.
HubEngineer: HubEngineer is a central part of our way of working. The role is part of the process of collecting and processing all input in a structured way and providing technical support. This approach increases efficiency and improves communication throughout the development process. In many cases, it also acts as an extra pair of eyes to ensure the best quality of our solutions.

Rafal Kisielewicz
Founder & CEO
Drawing on years of expertise from the automotive industry, Rafal founded EmiCAD in 2020. His vision: to make EmiCAD the trusted partner for small and medium-sized industrial companies in Västra Götaland. With a growing customer base and team, that vision is quickly becoming reality.
Karol Kantecki
Mechanical Designer
Karol has been part of the EmiCAD team since the start in 2020. Karol often acts in the role of internal project manager with a successful track record. Outside of work, he is a passionate cyclist and an active person who enjoys hobbies such as 3D printing, cycling, swimming, and hiking. In his role as project manager, Karol is also the team's improvement leader and places great focus on ensuring that we constantly perform even better.
Adrian Rutkowski
Mechanical Designer
With a background in manufacturing and automation, Adrian joined EmiCAD early on and has since delivered numerous successful projects and implementations. His systematic approach and eye for detail make him a highly skilled engineer, while his expertise in 3D printing brings valuable innovation to our customers.

With deep expertise in customized trucks, add-on equipment, and design automation, Krzysztof helps customers achieve tailored, efficient solutions. Business Developer
With more than 10 years of experience in production engineering and manufacturing technology, Agnieszka contributes deep expertise to her role. Her strong organizational skills, precision, and ability to build lasting business relationships strengthen both our team and our customers' success. By applying lean principles inspired by Japanese culture, she also brings fresh perspectives that drive efficiency in our operations.

Rafal har en stor passion för och erfarenhet av CAD-design. Han har arbetat med olika projekt inom fordons-, livsmedels- och kosmetikaindustrin.
