OFF-road vehicle

I started design of an off-road vehicle. The concept includes independent double A-arm suspension, tubular chassis and drivetrain based on motorcycle engine. Scope of the project is to perform 3D design in Catia V5 and perform FEA on loaded parts such as frame, wishbones, uprights etc. To determine suspension’s hard-points position and suspension behavior I am utilizing MSC Adams multibody simulations.

Tool for laser 3D printing

Project scope was to create complete tool assembly. Standard components were chosen from respective suppliers and custom made parts were designed based on function requirements. Each part was optimized according to Design For Manufacturing guidelines.

Steering and brakes for Formula Student car

I was responsible for:

-design&calculations of steering system

-design&calcluations of brake systems

-welding of space frame, exhaust and cooling components 

Trebuchet

Trebuchet was calculated to shoot 1,5kg projectile over 50m. Successful tests were performed.
